Courtyard by Marriott Olympia

We were new to this location, but had before, stayed at a Courtyard by Marriott. However, this hotel exceeded all of our expectations. Zach, Cindy, and Konrad checked us in and out efficiently, helped us with information, satisfied our needs, and tried to help when we had unusual requests. Our food at the cafe was excellent, being fresh and with great customer service. Our room was well maintained; we had all we needed in the room. We will not forget this experience, and will visit this location again! Thanks to all of you for making our stay was nice!

Subject: Appreciation for Outstanding Service from Konrad M. – Courtyard Marriott Olympia I’ve had the opportunity to stay at the Courtyard Marriott in Olympia for the past ten days, having been temporarily displaced from my apartment. During this time, I’ve been continually impressed by the outstanding level of service provided by Konrad M. Konrad has assisted me on several occasions, and each time he has done so with a genuine smile, an upbeat spirit, and an incredibly warm and welcoming demeanor. His energy seems boundless, and he has a natural ability to make guests feel not only cared for, but genuinely valued—something that is all too rare these days. It’s been a pleasure to interact with Konrad during my stay. He brings both professionalism and a human touch to his role, and I’m sincerely grateful for the positive impact he’s had on my experience at this property. Building is great. Nothing walkable but close to main strips. Corporate should.consider a sound barrier wall for rooms facing highway. EXTREMELY loud. Also, the half shower wall glass is a poor design. The water gets all over the slate floor and is VERY slippery. Makes for a real safety hazard. I appreciate the convenience of a restaurant and bar. Amenities are nice. Recommendation for more training with housekeeping staff. Housekeeping means: - Never asking the guest to do their job - Not leaving the trashcan on top of the toilet after emptying - Freshening the goopy soap dish - Not leaving extra towels stacked on the counter - Making the bed and not just pulling the duvet over wrinkled sheets, nor leaving crumbled pillows like wrinkled jeans - Paying attention to what coffee has been drank and replacing the correct one - Wiping water splashes from the mirror - Vacuuming a dirty floor - Replacing used items like lotion when you see the empty container in the trash etc. Housekeeping can do better.

Nice hotel with clean rooms. Not much food within walking distance but nice hotel nonetheless. Comfortable beds and expansive shower. Grateful for good quality shampoo and body wash. Clean and open lobby with a small store for any necessities you may have forgotten on your trip. Friendly and helpful staff.

Stayed here many times throughout the last 2 years and its a very good hotel. Clean, rooms are spacious and beds are comfortable. The team members were kind each time. This is the hotel of choice for me when I am in Olympia and it doesn't disappoint.

This hotel is great! Super comfortable rooms and overall just a nice stay. Konrad at the front desk is incredible. Such a nice, friendly attitude and super helpful. I was very impressed. The cafe in the morning was great, though I felt bad there was only one person working, between taking orders and preparing the coffee/food. She was up against a large crowd, especially given it was a Sunday morning. Even still, she provided great service and was working very hard. All in all, I had a great overnight stay!

Amazing experience! Friendly staff with great recommendations for things to see and do. The food in the bistro was very tasty, and the little alcove tables gave great privacy. The ONLY drawback to this place is the showers. Beautiful design, but with no door they get water everywhere whenever you turn them on. I know nothing can be done about it, and I don't mind it once you get used to it...just need more towels :p

I really appreciate the front desk staff Zack. Even bright early in the morning he had a super positive attitude and was willing to help in any way to make my stay pleasant.
